About the event
Mary will simply give us what Dr Sketch recommended for us and i'll also suggest classical poses to her. This time or the next for those who bought a ticket early or full members you will be able to frieze frames on a pre-recording as your favourite poses that i can tell her about.
We will go from moving, 20 secs poses, 1 min x 5, many 5 and 10 mins poses and will end with a 20 mins pose.
Don't miss this session and i'll still be guiding for those who keep the sound up, 4 years after starting this online adventure
